REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY



At Bombay Maximalist, every piece is made to order and crafted exclusively for you. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.


Exchanges & Alterations

In case of sizing or fit issues, we offer:

  • One-time alteration support, or
  • One-time exchange support handled directly by us.

Requests for exchanges or alterations must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Products sent back for exchange or alteration must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.


Returns

As all garments are made to order, we follow a strict no-return policy.

Returns will only be considered if the product received has a genuine defect or damage from our end. Products showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, damage, or alterations from the customer’s end will not be eligible for return.


Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for damaged or defective products approved by our team after verification.

Customers must share clear images/videos within 24 hours of delivery as proof. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
